NORMS AND TIME SCHEDULE
The following norms should be complied with while disposing off the work in Weights & Measures Department.
1.
Compounding of offences booked by zonal staff, on the date given for
compounding at the level of
CWM and ACWM.
2. Issue of registration under rule 35 of the Standards of Weights & Measures (Packaged Commodities Rules, 1977 in 30 days at Head Quarter.
3. All work except issue of license and renewal of licenses to be disposed within 15 days at the District Level.
4. Issue of License and renewal of license is to be completed in 30 days for its final disposal.
5. Calibration of Taxi/ Auto meters and Tank Lories are done on same date as far as possible.
